To make a reservation, first check availability on the calendars below and then make a request with your travel dates.
Rates:
Aloha Special - Stay 7 nights or more and get $90/night rate
$150 for one night per suite $125/night per suite for 2 or 3 nights $100/night for 4 or more nights
$50 to $100 cleaning fee based on the amount of clean up and the number of people staying.
Plus 13.4% for local taxes
Also note that we have the Bungalows up for sale and are taking booking only six months in the future to avoid cancellations. If you have any concerns, please give us a call.
Payment - Payment is only accepted in the US currency.
| • | We require 30% of the booking to hold your reservation and then charge the balance six weeks prior to your stay. |

Cancellations
| • | If you cancel more than 60 days prior to arrival, we will refund your deposit less $35. |
| • | If you cancel within 60 days of arrival, we will refund your balance only if the unit can be re-booked. |
| • | Please purchase trip insurance if there is a chance you will have to cancel. |
General Policies
| • | Check-in time: 3 PM; check-out time: 11 AM. Each suite sleeps three people. More than three people will be charged $25/person/night. See Party rules below for gatherings. |
| • | Please let us know if you require an early check-in or late check-out. We try to accommodate those requests with advance notice. |
| • | No smoking on the property and no pets please. |
| • | Amenities, rates and policies subject to change without notice. Rates for December and March may be higher than published rates. |
1) Each suite can have up to three guests visit and can enjoy the backyard.
2) To have a gathering or party with more than three people, you must:
a. Rent both suites for a minimum of two nights, maximum number of people per suite spending the night is three
b. No charge for parties up to 12 people.
c. $500 for parties up to 18 people
d. $1,000 for parties up to 25 people
e. No parties more than 25 people.
3) For parties only, a $500 deposit is also required and will be refunded one week after check-out to ensure no damage or missing items.
4) Parties must end and all guests leave by 9:00 PM to respect the neighbors.
5) Children in the pool must be supervised by an adult (over 18 years old) at all times to avoid injuries and possible drowning.
